Outlook 2003 unwanted signature

I have a user using Outlook 2003 using POP3. When she sends an e-mail
message the e-mail always has the text "sphinx-productions.com :) " at
the beginning of the e-mail. When she opens a new e-mail, she does
not see this text, it only appears after it is sent. I installed
Eudora on the same PC and this text does not appear. I disabled add
ons, I checked spyware, I ran Outlook in safe mode. I even searched
the registry and disabled everything in MSCONFIG. I also tried
sending e-mail from her account on a different PC, and the text did
not appear. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Office.

Any suggestions?
