Outlook 2003 upgrade failure to close

I recently upgraded my Office XP Professional 2002 with the Small Business XP 2003. When the download was complete, my Outlook will open and operate fine, but when I try to shut it down the icon stays in my active programs on my task bar. It will not close or let me reopen the program with out rebooting the system.

get http://sunflowerhead.com/software/knockout/ and run it in the try - use
it to close Outlook.

Are you using any programs that access outlook's data - activesync is one,
winfax, stamps.com are others.
