Outlook 2003 upgrade on Office 2000 or XP

I have recently installed SBS2003 and have several users running office 2000
and
office xp. I wanted to upgrade to Outlook 2003 from the server. I tried one
and everything seems to work except the email envelope in Word/Excel errors
when pressed. Is this update supported? and if so is there a fix for the
error?
