Outlook 2003 *upgrade* reverts to 2002 and freezes

This happened after weeks of successful use after upgrade. since reformatting and reloading op sys (win2k) it is happening constantly.

per another post, I ran the scanpst.exe file and it found and repaired and said it was okay now.

I cannot send/receive mail.

when I use Outlook today for my default home page, it says Outlook Today - Personal folders....

any ideas?

Did you create a new profile?

When you say you reloaded the OS, did you install OL2002, then upgrade it to
2003?
