Outlook 2003: use of domain name to create rules

I wonder if it is possible in Outlook 2003 to create a rule based on a domain
name. Example: I want an out-of-office message to be sent to all my
colleagues in the company, but not to spammers (sending to spammers generates
a huge number of "undeliverable" messages and, possibly, discloses my e-mail
address to them). Such a rule could have a 'From' option like *@domain where
* is any string.

Not sure if the Out-Of-Office assistant can do that but with the Rules
Wizard you can create a rule that looks for text in the header or From
address. Make that text the domain name (without the asterisk).
