Outlook 2003 User Profiles in Vista

How do I add a second email user profile for Outlook 2003 running in Windows
Vista? I was able to do this in Win XP, but under Vista, there is no "Mail"
option under user profiles in Control Panel. Can anyone help?

Hi Robwilli,

if you use a Vista 64Bit version you have a folder in "Control Panel", I
think it will be named "X86".

In this folder you see "Mail"

2nd way: "Start/Microsoft Office Outlook => right mouseclick => Properties
=> Show Profiles"

Maybe it helps.

In Vista you view Control Panel in Classic View
or in Vista 64 you have to view in 32bit

Thanks to respondents; I was able to figure it out from the information you
gave me.

In my configuration, I had to open "Control Panel" in classic view, go to
"View 32 Bit Control Panel Items," click on the "Mail" icon, then "Show
Profiles."

Hello, I have just installed Office 2003 Pro on my new Vista Home Premium 32
bit laptop. Tried to start Outlook... got this Dialog Box. "Cannot Start
Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version." I
found a work around by changing the .DLL file name to .OLD. Now I do what you
have done...Control panel / Mail / and Mail Setup Opens, then Data Files. My
issue is that the Open Folder BUTTON is greyed out. I cannot direct Outlook
to my .PST file I brought from my old machine???
