Using Outlook 2003 - The contact information looks fine on the contact record
but when it is attached to an email the email address becomes part of the
Full Name.
example:
Full Name: John Smith (john@john smith.com)
so that when the attachment (vCard) is opned by the recipient it shows in
the "Email Display As" section like this:
John Smith ([email protected]) ([email protected])
Could someone please tell me how to get rid of the second email address in
the parenthesis. I tried to edit the contact record to remove the email
address from the full name - and as I mentioned it worked but it still shows
up when the person opens the attachment on an email.
Thanks
