When sending a vCard by right clicking on a contact and selecting Forward,
domain users receive the vCard. But if they send the same vCard using the
Forward method to, external Outlook recipients get an email with an
attachment that has a .msg extension and when opened the message is blank.
Now if we use Actions from the Menu Bar and select Forward as vCard the
attachment will contain .vcf extension and works as it should.
I also noticed that domain users do not get the .vcf extension when using
Forward.
Microsoft's support web site instructions for sending vcard says that if
Forward as a vCard is not an option to use Forward so one would assume that
Forward should work.
I tested this at another client and they too have this same issue they just
don't know it.
Does anyone know how to fix the Forward option so that sends the message
with the .vcf extension?
