Outlook 2003 Version Signature Issues: Active X (I think)

Striving for efficiency

I have manged to get rid of this little gray box permanently in other
versions...with 2003 IT WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!

Does anyone know how to get that little gray box removed from the top of my
signature?

Completely Baffled
