Outlook 2003 very slow and I tried all recommendations

Hello everyone - I am running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP and have 561 RAM and
20% + space remaining on my hardrive. I archived up unti 3 months ago,
defragged, clean disk, ran scan disc, updated Office, running SP 2, etc. but
Outlook still takes a long time to open and move around folders...

I tried all recommendations (of what I could figure out) in the Q&A area of
microsoft.com - but it is still slow - HELP!

You didn't really provide any Outlook configuration details for us to work
with either.
