Outlook 2003 Video Email

Hi All,

I just downloaded the new plugin for Video Email, January
5th. It seems to have installed ok. I go into Outlook
2003 and select Video message. It turns on my webcam and
I select record to start my message. As soon as I select
stop to complete my message, I get an error that states it
cannot save it to .WMA format and exits the video Email I
was going to create. What do I do?
