Outlook 2003 Video Plug-In

I have installed the Video email plug-in for Outlook 2003 (VEMAIL.EXE)
however when I open Outlook, the Video toolbar does not show up.
Anybody have any ideas about this?

Wish I had the answer, but I've been having the same problem...
Hopefully someone can help. In my case, it also doesn't show up on the
add-in manager listing..... Any clues?
