Outlook 2003 views problem

Hello:
I have several users that change the view of the mailbox.For example , a
user chage the view to see the field subject .Everything seems to be fine but
when he visit a folder on public folders , and return to hsi mailbox , the
view has been changed and we can only see "Importance"-"Icon"-"attach"
.....but not the field added (subject)..
We use exchange server 2003 with Outlook 2003 Sp2.
Any idea???

Reset the current view for that folder and make the modifications again; see
if they stick now.
