Outlook 2003/Vista: 550 Message not sent - New domain not yet verified

what antivirus software do you use? Does it scan outgoing email?

this did not happen to me when I used XP, just started now so I assumed it
has to do with the new OS. I do not use any anti spam software.

I just upgraded to Vista 64 SP1. I still use Outlook 2003. When send
email to certain addresses, the email is returned immediately with the
message "550 "Message not sent - New domain not yet verified"

How do I disable this "feature?"
Is I part of the security center?

Please help.

no antivirus software on my end. however, it appeared that due to the
transfer of outlook from the old to the new PC, some of the password were
lost. as I reentered , the problem appeared to have been vcprreced.
