Outlook 2003 & VISTA Basic issue

I receive email from a list server as part of an organization distribution.
The email originates as HTML. I receive the email on an XP Pro Machine ,no
problem, Vista Home premium no problem. On the machine with Basic
,attachments are stripped and the email is converted to plain text. All
other accounts seem ok . Any ideas?

I would start with looking at the security suite that is being used on that
machine.
