Outlook 2003 VS Exchange Public Contacts

Hi All
There is strange question I have:
We have Outlook 2003 & Exchange 2003. public contacts implemented.
Is there any posiibility to configure Outlook automaticly save all new
contacts in Public Contacts Folder?
