Outlook 2003 w Comcast no work?

Almost all mail sent and most but not all mail recieved seems to be
corrupted. Like encription is on or a forigen character set is being used.
When I compose a message it appears good (HTML or Plain Text) but when it
goes out it becomes corrupted. If I use the Comcast web tool all mail is fine
on the server. Bring it down to Outlook and translation to garbage occurs?
Called Comcast and they tell me they do not support the use of Outlook 2003
with Comcast mail. If I from tools do TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS the e-mail is
fine. Real mail is not?

What character set do you use? Can you email a screenshot to my email
address so I can see what you mean? Also, look at the header of sent mail
and paste it here. We are especially interested in the section that
resembles the following and follows the subject line in the header:

Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----=_NextPart_000_0067_01C60B24.35895A40"
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 11
In-Reply-To: <>
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.3790.1830

Content-Type: text/plain;

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Content-Type: text/html;
charset="us-ascii"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

BTW - not supporting means they won;t help you configure it or answer
questions about it, but it will work.
