Outlook 2003 w/Exchange 2003 GAL name is wrong

When I compose a new email, I hit M to have the drop down show my stored list
of names, so for my name it shows Mike Miller <mmiller>.

For another user that has been renamed it shows Mike Miller <wrongname>

How can I change that wrongname? I have checked all display options in AD
on the server as well as tried to delete the name from the drop down
addresses as well as run send/recieve - update GAL.

Any ideas?

Use your down arrow key to select the wrong name and then press Delete. Now
address a message to the correct address.
