Outlook 2003 w/ Word 2003 aslo Word 2007 installed

I used Outlook 2003 w/ Word 2003 literally for years. I upgraded Word to
Word 2007, while leaving Word 2003 installed. However. I now ge the famous
can't find or wrong version notice - even though Word 2003 is still
installed.

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

Did not help. Any suggestions? This should be simple, shouldn't it?
