Outlook 2003 whenever going to delegate restarts application

One of my PC has problem in outlook 2003.
Whenever I try to delegate to other person after selecting the name it shows
the delegate permissions screen and in few seconds outlook restarts.

I have re-installed outlook 2003 & SP3 as well. Still problem persists.
Any suggestions.?
