Outlook 2003 will and will not print HTML attachments?

I am encountering a very peculiar characteristic: Outlook 2003 prints HTML
and their attachments with no problem on my station, although for my boss, a
message pops up saying "open HTML document to print."

When the HTML message IS opened, and I follow the link to "print all linked
documents" no linked documents are printed; just the email message is
printed.

Why does MY outlook 2003 print html without any problem, whereas my boss is
prompted to "open" his html message first, and then the link option still
does not work? We have all the service paks and updates on both machines.

Hoping to finally find a resolution to this problem...
