Outlook 2003 will not access MSN accounts

My MSN e-mails are accessible on the day the accounts is set up . The next
day they are not. Inbox synchonization header reported error (0x800CCC32):
Access to account was denied. Verify that your username and password are
correct. Server reported "Bad Password". I have set up my @msn.com and my
@q.com accounts several times. I have followed instruction 823578 and I have
installed patch kb904942. Still, the same result.

Steve, this is Steve also. I am having a similar problem with Outlook
checking my Hotmail account; but it just acts like it can't login,
continuously asking for my username and password, with no error message. I
your travels with this problem did you run across anything I have just
described? If so please pass it on, (e-mail address removed). Thanks in
advance.
