Outlook 2003 will not connect to Exchange server

I have 1 client out of 80 that as of yesterday can no longer connect to
exchange. I get error 0x8004011D after send and recieve. I have
updated all patches uninstalled all virus software but still no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Is that machine based or user based? I can log him in to his email on
my machine but I can not log onto my email on his machine. Definatly
the issue is on this machine.

I checked your site and searched to see hoe to issue a new security
certificate but I found nothing. Could you please help?
