Outlook 2003 Will Not Hot Sync with Palm

I previously used Outlook Express which would hot sync with my Palm without
any problems. Recently I began using Outlook 2003 and now I can't get my
Palm to hot sync with Outlook at all. It acts as if it doesn't recognize it
at all. Is there a patch or something I need to purchase to make this work?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you using any software for synching? I have two users with Treo 650's
both using Outlook. One uses Outlook 2003 without issue. Both use they're
wireless provider's software to synch files and also delegate their
connection (since we're on Exchange).
