Outlook 2003 will NOT maximize

Upon opening program, opens only on taskbar. Attempts to maximize cause the
program to "fly" up to the top right of screen and NOT appear on the desktop.
Minimizing causes it to reverse direction back to taskbar. Restore doesn't
work either. Successfully opened program in "safe mode" but couldn't do that
again if I tried. Help!!

Right-click the taskbar enter and choose Move. Then use your arrow keys to
bring the window back onto the screen.
