Outlook 2003 will not print from menu bar

I have several users running XP with Outlook 2003. They
try to print an open email using the menu bar but nothing
happens. The printing options pop up does not appear and
nothing is sent to the printer. If I use the control + p
option, then the printing works just fine. Please help!
