Outlook 2003 will not send emails

After Outlook was sending emails normally earlier today (NOT automatic, I
press the Send/Receive button on my broadband connection), it suddenly
refused to send and the header texts are not italicised and the date is shown
as None.

I can send IF I double click on the email in the Outbok and select Actions,
Forward, in which case header is italicised and date is Today.

Before this problem, I installed the MS Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse
4000, but rolled back my system after some mouse problems and then this
Outlook problem.

I have NO Outlook Add-ins operating now, although it was working earlier
today with Zone Alarm Junk Mail filter.

What's going on?
