Outlook 2003 Wireless not working

I have a user whose Outlook 2000 was working fine from home. He was
upgraded to Outlook 2003 last week and since then his client is
"Disconnected" when working from home. Note that he connects over a
wireless router at home. However the exact same settings work okay
from the office.
I have asked him to disable the wireless nic and plug in his onboard
nic to the wireless router and reboot, launch outlook 2003. Other than
that to be tried, any thoughts?

Thanks good people.

NO firewall at home where the outlook is failing. A wireless router
and a DSL modem is all. From work where there IS a firewall it works
still.
He was connecting the same way in both instances from home and work.
He plugged it in to the router at home and it did not work....

The account is on Exchange 5.5 for the moment.
From work site to site vpn over CPoint it works okay. But from home
over the Checkpoint client to site firewall it does not. And taking
wireless out of the picture doesnt fix it. I am hoping that there is a
checkbox somewhere that is needing to be checked. It is set to auto
for connection type and is in Cached mode as well. Thanks, and I hope
that I have given you enough information. Funny, it used to work
better from home before moving from Outlook 2000 to the Outlook 2003..
