Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager

Hello folks, I have a little question about my Office 2003 Professional.

I have the Office 2003 Pro and the Business Contact Manager on a separated
cd.

I noticed here:

The following: Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update

However if you read carefully, the download sounds like you getting Outlook
2003 too

While far below you can see the following:
So, is this a new Outlook Update too ?

Is there a way to get ONLY the BCM Update, or does that mean
that the BCM Update also will update Outlook ?
