Hi,
This is what we have:
Server End-
Windows 2000 Advance Server (SP4) install with Exchange 2000 Enterprise (SP3)
Client End-
Outlook 2003, Outlook 2003 (SP1), Outlook 2003 (SP2)
Offline Folders Activated.
Cached Exchange Mode Turn off.
Issue:
At home, ON FIRST TRY(using F9), when the user use outlook 2003 to dial into
the company's network(via RAS), the dial up connection can be established and
emails can be retrived. Once the emails were downloaded, the dial up
connection will be disconnected. ON SECOND TRY(using F9), the user can
established the network connection BUT the emails cannot be downloaded. Any
reasons why the emails cannot be downloaded?
Thank you.
