outlook 2003 with sp2 error 0x80070057-00000000-00000000

hi

when I sending a mails scheduling the meeting I am getting error:-
This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or
contact your network administrator. Error is [0x80070057-00000000-00000000].

no one has given any soluation but i got it done ...this Problem will come
beause of User Profile changed the user windows Profile it will getr resolved
