Outlook 2003 with Vista Business

I have 2 users here running Outlook 2003 and Windows Vista. Intermittently
the ? mark key maping changes to a É . A reboot will temporarily fix it. If
i run XP in an emulator on the same machine it doesn't happen. We are using a
Canadian keyboard layout, it also happens on the US one as well.

Anyone else experiencing this and do you have a fix?
