Have brand new disc from Microsoft for Outlook 2003. When I insert the disc,
it auto plays and seems ok. When it gets to the point where it wants me to
insert the product key, it shuts off and gives no reason or error code. When
I check for new office updates at 47% it tells me it can download the
updates. I need some advice on what to do
