I have 4 users on my computer and I know that when each person wants to check
their email they must login to their desktop and open Outlook. Then when the
next person wants to check mail, they must log the other person off, log them
selves in, and restart outlook. I am fine with this setup.
My problem is this: When my daughter logs into her Windows desktop to open
Outllok, she gets an error message telling her that the file SKU011.CAB is
missing and the install CD must be inserted to fix it. Why does noone else
get this message when opening Outllok? How do I get her to open the "same"
Outlook we are opening on our desktops?
My computer was loaded with XP and Office 2003 by my previous employer. I
dont have any install discs.
