Outlook 2003 won't receive but will send

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and when I hit send/receive it sends but
won't receive. I have it setup with 2 email accounts. It says 2 of 2 tasks
completed (send on 2 accounts)-the receiving says processing but seems to be
locked in that mode. I have windows XP media, Version 2002, Service Pack 2.

Outlook 2003 on my delln desktop doesn't have this problem.
Thanks

I had this problem recently. I ended up creating 2 separate profiles with
one email address each. Which worked, but I will be interested in any posts
to this thread because surely Outlook should be able to have 2 email
addresses in the same profile. I'm sorry if this doesn't really answer your
question.

After upgrading (especially from Outlook 2000) it is highly recommended to
recreate your mail profile;

It still doesn't receive mail. It says it's processing but just stays in that
state indefinitly
