Outlook 2003 won't run.

When trying to run Outlook 2003 I get the following message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened."
What do I do now? HELP!!!!
I have already removed and reloaded the program, and previous versions. None
of them will work (vers. 2000, 2002).
