Outlook 2003 won't sync with Vista Sync Center

I have installed all the recommeded updates and changes under Vista. I can
now open the files on my IPAQ 1940. But I cannot sync with Outlook. So my
calendar, etc...is not synced at all.

Anyone with ideas?
