Outlook 2003 Word 2003 as Email editor- cannot forward

With Word 2003 as email editor --when forwarding or replying to an email the
displayed text is so small that it is not readable. Problem disappears when
we use the Outlook email editor however we need to use Word 2003 as the
editor. Problem appears to be related to some windows Update fix.
Tried "repair and fix" and reinstalled Office 2003. Any help greatly
appreciated.

What makes you think that?

Check if your font size is set correctly and that your zoom factor in Word
is set to 100%

Thanks for the solution---somehow the zoom factor got set to 10% "Zoom";
resetting to 100% solved the problem.
