i have a couple users that cannot print out html formated messages from
outlook to tcp/ip network printers. they can print from any other office
program or software. i've tried many things to try to resolve this issue like
reinstalling the printers with updated drivers, updating service packs and
updates for winxp and office, and deleting profiles. i have noticed that
their IE are affected with the same problem as well.
there aren't any error messages. going file-->print or clicking on the
printer icon in the toolbar does not pop up the print dialogue window or show
any form of print spooling. this is a recent issue that just popped up with
in the last couple days.
the users are using windows xp sp2 and office xp/2003 with latest service
packs. the printers they are using are hp lj3500 and 3800 connected via
standard tcp/ip ports with hp's latest drivers.
any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
