The Winter Style for Outlook Today in Outlook 2003 doesn't have a "Customize
Outlook Today..." Button. The only way I could get to it is if i type in the
website for Outlook Today (res://C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook4.htm) in Internet Explorer.
