Outlook 2003

Hi. On one of my user's (all run Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003) PCs about half
of his email arrives 'opened.' Also, and I've seen this myself, normal
(unopened) mail opens itself within about after arriving in his inbox.
Everyone else sees the normal closed envelope until they click on it to read
it, then the icon changes to the opened envelope--just the way it's
suppposed to work.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

I'm seeing the same behavior using MS Outlook 2003 on my laptop. However,
this only occurs with one of my 3 MSN mail accounts (received via the Outlook
Connector). I have 2 other MSN accounts and a MS Excahnge 2000 mail account
where all new mail arrives unopended and identified with a bold fold that
i've specified for unread mail.

here's the really strange thing: i'm seeing the same "opened mail" behavior
- for the same MSN account - on my MPx220 Smartphone.

any help would be appreciated.
