my messages are coming into Outlook from a corporate webmail repeatedly, like

Since Outlook can't read webmail (i.e., only a web browser can access
webmail - that's it's very definition), can you explain further?

sometimes when you're using POP for the same account on two computers,
like home and work, you can end up re-downloading lots of messages.
Find your ISP's instructions on configuring your email to use IMAP.
