Outlook 2003

I cannot create new folders. When I try, I get "UNABLE TO CREATE FOLDER" Can
anyone help me please? I have auto archive activated and I have deleted all
unneccessary Folders/subfolders and still cannot create a folder or subfolder.

Hi Andy, No I have not got it resolved as yet. I need step by step
instructions.

Here is what I did to resolve it for me.
1. closed outlook
2. renamed the ost file to .old
3. started outlook

What it did was recreat the ost file and it worked for me.
Let me know if it works.
