Outlook 2003

I have been using Outlook 2003 with my Comcast ISP for years. Suddenly, I
can receive, but nor send emails from my Outlook. Comast says they don't
support Outlook, only Outlook Express. I've deleted my accounts and
re-entered them, reinstalled the program and tried 3 different settings in
the properties. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
