Does the message arrive and is not readable or does the message not arrive at all? Does the message arrive in the mailbox on the server and doesn't transfer to Outlook or does it never arrive on the server? Can you send from the PC and receive the message on the Mac? If you use the Test button in the account setup dialogue, what do you see? If you break down the interaction between the Mac and its server and between thge PC and its server and examine the various processes involved, there's bound to be a clue that indicates which process is failing and why.
