outlook 2003

I have installed outlook 03 over 2000, It seems to have retained (200mb) of
2000, is this normal? I s there a function to run on your computer that will
scan and indentify unneccessary programs and files?

Where are you identifying this 200mb? what is it?
There is no such function / software, other than the human kind
and even this is prone to BSoD problems
