Outlook 2003

I bought a new laptop. I installed my Microsoft Outlook 2003 program from CD
which I had used on my other computer which crashed. Now, every time I open
the program it shows me the end-user license agreement which I have to accept
before I can work in Outlook. How can I stop that?

Log on to Windows as an Administrator, open Outlook and accept the EULA. It
shouldn't ask again.

I do that now, everytime!. First, I am the administrator. I've just read in
another listing that one should have be a user separate from administrator,
but right now I'm not. So, as administrator, every time I open Outlook it
brings up the EULA and I accept and then go on about my busines, but it asks
me every time.

This looks like it will do the trick but I can't work on until Monday next.
Another question since you seem knowledgeable. If I want to make a separate
user account and leave the admin account only for admin, is there a way to
copy over my desktop that I've been making to suit myself?
