Outlook 2003

We have several applications that pull data from Outlook
clients. After installed OL2003, every 10 minutes we get
a popup saying a program is trying to access your email,
do you wish to let it.... so every 10 minutes we have to
tell it yes. It got annoying very quick. Any way to get
around it?
