Outlook 2003

After installing Office 2003, I have some questions regarding Outlook 2003. I normally veiw my email by sender. After setting this up the same in 2003, I see the spacing between the users is larger. Can I narrow that space? Also, I have Outlook setup to prompt me for a password when I start it. This all works ok, but what troubles me is outlook actually starts in the background displaying my startup view awating my credentials. Can this be changed. Outlook 2002 will not start until you complete the login prompt. With Outlook 2003 actually displaying while waiting for your credentials is in my opinion a security problem. I would think there setting to a work around.

Thanks

If you are using Cached mode for Outlook, it will always load in the
background while waiting for your credentials. If this is a problem, set
your startup folder to a blank folder.
