I keep getting a pop up that reads "An outside program is attempting to send an email on your behalf" The options are Yes or No. If I select nothing my computer will contineously beep until I do something, If I select No, then it will just come back later. I looked around and I guess this is a security feature, I've got the latest virus dats and a firewire but no luck, i continue to get this. Any ideas? Thanks

Check your Add-ins to be sure that they are the latest revisions. Also,
Adobe Acrobat 6 (full version) may need updating.

Also, The is a good indication that you may be infected by one of the many
Worms/Virus' going around.

I would make sure I have the latest DAT file for my virus program and then
do a FULL scan of my system.

I did both suggestions but I still the same problem. Is there a way just to disable that option. And not send a messege at all?

You could check for the program running in MSCONFIG under the startup tab.
If you see the program (sample.exe) in here, remove the check-mark from the
box and restart your PC.

There really is no reason for the alarmist responses. If you just recently
installed the latest SP for Office XP, then see this page for information
about what could be causing the Object Model Guard warning:

Bottom line, visit the vendors for any of the listed programs - most by now
have updated their software to work with Office XP SP-3.
